I enjoyed the banter on this one. Can it be called banter if one character doesn’t talk?

By the way, the layout sketches from yesterday sold pretty quick, (thank you, awesome person you!) so I thought I’d make this one available too. Just click the “buy now” button below. Only $20, shipping included!

I like how simplified you drew him. He looks goofy and funny at the same time. This strip reminded me of Bill Watterson’s work.
Ha! Yeah, I could see that. I love Waterson so much. I love that feel of just walking through the trees talking with someone. I was happy that I was able to capture the little gesture I did of wonderwut in the layouts and put it in the finished drawings.
How are you transferring the layout images to the final product? Are you drawing them again for the strip? If so then you are about 99.99879756% accurate to the layout.
Photo-synthesis.
Oh I get it. I’m going to have to kidnap one of your loved ones………again.
~That sounds like the beginning of a Tradition!~ *said in a sing song voice*
This is nothing! Last time he kidnapped my dog just to get my grandmas blueberry pie recipe.
Great movement in the Wonderwut… Strip flows nicely!! I love it!!! So that being said… C’mon!!!!! The suspense is killing me!!!!!!!
I love the arm motion in panel 3, Will.
I thought it was cute myself.
I love how she’s just not noticing how much he’s looking back behind her….
I was trying to be subtle with it. Glad it came off that way.
