The West Texas Comic Con is this Saturday! I took off the last couple of weeks to finish doing my part getting the show organized. This illustration is something I did last night for what will be the cover of GO! magazine in the local newspaper Friday to promote the convention. (They’re also going to feature on of my strips!) If you’re in the area please come by and check out the show. Its going to be big and a lot of fun!!! If you want to find out more details visit our website at www.lubbockcomics.com We have worked really hard to make this a great event for everyone.
Secondly… I want to apologize, my studio mate mentioned to me last night that many people probably didn’t catch my note on the last comic that I would be taking a couple weeks off to work on the show. (It was an awfully long page, lol) I will try to be more clear next time. I intend to only take breaks in between story arches. And not very long ones at that. Thank you everyone for visiting! My traffic last week was double what it was the week before and that’s saying a lot! I appreciate you stopping by!
Keep smiling!

Wow… just found your comic through webcomics dot com… very very cool, I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this!
Thank you kindly sir!
Hey, love your style, and the comic shows promise. I just found it because Scott Phillips has your card on his desk. I’m glad he did. After reading the first few weeks, Super Zeroes is on my daily read list, and I’m going to recommend it to people.
I have a question that’s only marginally related to your comic: Do you know Dave Reynolds or Dave Rodriquez of Shadowgirls? I notice you have the same favicon, and I didn’t know if it was my browser screwing it up or you guys belonging to the same webcomic collective or something.
Thanks for the message! Glad you like the comic! Thanks even more for recommending it!
I haven’t met those artists. The favicon is from the comicpress software I use to organize the comics. They probably use that too. I haven’t had a chance to customize my own yet.,
Hahaha, Will! This looks so much like the science spectrum! Way cute!
I especially like the metal dinosaur reading a comic in the window…and a couple of familiar faces!
wow, brandon, I totally didn’t notice the familiar faces, lol
Its like “where’s waldo” only I spent way too much time drawing it! Can’t wait to do it again.
