How do you like those puppy dog eyes? Lol.
This strip introduces “Rosina” – the 4th main character, and one of the most complex in Super Zeroes. I am anxious to get into a lot of the backstory and relationship with these characters, and eventually into the psychology of each. This might seem like a fun, light, gag comic strip, but I assure you, in time it will be that and so much more. These characters are deep and complicated and the story big and adventurous.
On a side-note, for some of you that have known me for a while, you’ll recognize that Rosina’s character design is similar to a character I previously worked on. She was one of the first designs I really tried to figure out and master, so its always been close to my heart. It’s nice to finally see her coming to life. Here is a sample of her previous incarnation circa 2001…

Awesome to see the inspiration piece that started one of these core characters! I think to this point, Rosina easily has the most potential to be much deeper even than she appears, emotionally and in terms of abilities.
