Today’s strip introduces “Wonderwut” a dream creature. He’s probably my absolute favorite character… aside from all the other characters that are also my favorites. Looks like Potato has found a buddy. I’m still having fun drawing this grumpy old bulldog having fun. I imagine him woofing a little in the waking world and kicking as he dreams of all this flying. And Wonderwut, although, I can’t go too much into his story just yet, is one of the funniest characters I’ve ever created. I can’t wait to set that in motion. You’ll have to be patient though friends. These things take time. That’s the curse and blessing of this daily format. I get to tease you with awesomeness that you may not see for a while.

When you said new character….I think another strange creature would have been my second guess, but a pleasant suprise for sure! These layouts for this sequence are too much fun. Looking forward to the color, but thoroughly enjoying the black and white! This story just gets more and more addicting! Must… have… more!
